The Anatomy of a Thinking Machine

Speaking on 10:30 at Lifelong Learning Institute
How do AIs and GPUs actually work? We'll follow the lifecycle of an `/chat/completion` request, to see how AI models work at the hardware level, down to the final bitwise operations at the register level. We'll use a physical, multi-GPU workstation to visualize this journey and provide a transparent understanding of what happens behind the scenes. This talk is designed to demystify the AI black box, empowering application developers to better appreciate the technology and its capabilities.
